Discover how our service simplifies the process of finding a reliable virtual assistant or customer support professional from the Philippines. Begin by providing us with some initial information—rest assured, there is no charge for completing the form.

Once we review your responses, we will promptly inform you if we can assist you. If we can, we will arrange interviews with suitable applicants and share payment details with you. 

 

Pricing Details:

Our current service fee is $800 (USD), and there is no cost associated with submitting an application. Upon approval, a deposit of $400 (USD) will be required to initiate the search for a suitable candidate.

Following the payment, we will conduct a thorough screening of candidates and present you with one who has successfully passed our testing. If necessary, we will continue sourcing candidates until we find your "perfect-match" VA.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

Upon appointing a successful candidate, the remaining balance of $400 (USD) will be invoiced. It is common for employers to opt for a trial period, typically lasting between one week and one month.

The balance payment must be made before the trial commences. In the event that your VA departs within the initial 30 days and you inform us, we will provide a free replacement.

For repeat orders, we currently offer a loyalty rate of $600 (USD) per hire (deposit $300, balance $300). Kindly note that we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.

Unlike most recruitment companies, we do not charge ongoing fees or manage and mark up your candidate's wage.

 

Estimated Timeline:

We meticulously match all applicants based on suitability, subjecting them to a series of tests and interviews. The duration of this process depends on finding the ideal candidate. While we prioritize quality over speed, the typical timeframe is two to three weeks.

Our candidates are prepared to receive training from you or your company's resources. The more training you provide, the greater your success rate in securing a loyal and cost-effective VA.

Our service is particularly suitable for English-speaking countries.

We offer candidates based in the Philippines who are proficient in both spoken and written English. With a cultural influence from the USA, American English is the default spelling and accent. Candidates can adapt to written British English if you are based in the UK or Australia.

Our candidates are available to work in various time zones, including those of the Philippines, USA, UK, and Australia.
