Frequently Asked Questions
Each day, for 28 days, you will receive a new lesson and a new assignment. Most of the lessons are under 5 minutes long, but a few are as long as 15 minutes.
Some assignments will only take you a few minutes to complete, others may take you up to an hour.
In general, if you block out 30-45 minutes for this each day, you should be fine.
Once you sign up, you will have access to the content, and the community, for 28 days.
Yes! As soon as you sign up for the challenge, you will be enrolled in the challenge Community, where I will be helping you!
That's fine! Although this is intended to span the course of 28 days, the content is available to you for the whole challenge, so you don't need to wait for it to get "dripped" out.
